Your first delivery ships immediately. Subsequent deliveries are timed to your reorder cycle (30 days by default, adjustable in your account). You can pause, skip, swap flavour, or cancel at any time, with no penalty, from your account or by emailing us.
If NOVR doesn't work for you, you don't pay. We offer a full refund on your first order of any NOVR product within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a refund, email hello@drinknovr.com with your order number.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, email hello@drinknovr.com within 7 days with photos and we will replace it at no cost.
If your tracked order hasn't arrived within the stated window, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will resend at no cost.
