Terms of Sale
These terms govern your purchase of NOVR — including the £50 Founders' deposit and any subscription. Your deposit is fully refundable until product ships, your first month carries a 30-day money-back guarantee, and you can cancel any time. NOVR is a food supplement, not a medicine. Nothing here removes your statutory consumer rights.
1. Who we are
NOVR is a trading name of Lemon Group International Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England & Wales. Registered/trading address: 43 Sorrel Crescent, Didcot, OX11 6HQ, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@drinknovr.com.
2. About these terms
These Terms of Sale apply to every order you place with us through drinknovr.com. By placing an order, reserving a Founders' place, or paying a deposit, you confirm that you accept these terms and that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy and, if you join the Founders' Programme, the Founders' Membership Agreement, which all form part of your contract with us.
3. The Founders' Programme
The Founders' Programme lets you reserve a place ahead of launch by paying a £50 deposit. The deposit secures your founders' price (£149/month for life, where stated) and is credited in full against your first month's charge when your subscription activates.
- Reserving a place does not start a subscription and takes no recurring payment until you confirm activation.
- Founders' places and the founders' price are limited and offered on a first-come basis. We may close the programme at any time.
- Your deposit is refundable at any time before product ships — see the Refund Policy.
4. Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming the order (for deposits) or confirming dispatch (for product). If we cannot fulfil an order — for example a product is unavailable, mispriced, or we cannot take payment — we will tell you and will not charge you, or will refund any amount taken.
5. Subscriptions and billing
- NOVR is sold primarily as a monthly subscription. When your subscription activates, we charge the applicable monthly price to your saved payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
- You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month. See the Refund Policy for what happens to your price lock.
- We will give you reasonable notice by email before any change to your subscription price takes effect. Founders' price locks are honoured as described in the Founders' Agreement.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. We try to keep prices and product information accurate, but if we discover a genuine error in the price of something you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to continue at the correct price before we proceed. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown before you confirm payment.
7. Delivery
- Founders' product is expected to begin shipping in Q3 2026. If we have not shipped by 31 December 2026, you may request a full deposit refund (see Refund Policy, clause 6).
- We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once we have received payment in full.
- If no one is available to take delivery, the carrier's standard process applies. Please keep your address current in your account.
8. Your right to cancel and refunds
Your cancellation and refund rights — including the anytime deposit refund, the 14-day statutory cancellation right, the 30-day money-back guarantee on your first month, and your rights for faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. The product — important health information
NOVR products are food supplements, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They are intended for healthy adults and are not suitable for children, or for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Some formulas contain caffeine and other actives.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
- If you have a medical condition, take prescription medication, or have any concern, consult your doctor or pharmacist before use.
- Always read the label, ingredients and allergen information on the product before use. If you have a known allergy, check the panel carefully.
Nothing on our website is medical advice. You are responsible for deciding whether a product is appropriate for you.
10. Intellectual property
All content on drinknovr.com — including the NOVR name and logo, text, imagery, video, designs and formulations presentation — is owned by or licensed to Lemon Group International Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.
11. Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any breach of your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for losses arising from your failure to follow the product label or our directions, or for business losses (we supply to consumers for personal use only). Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order, save where the law requires otherwise.
12. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (for example supply-chain disruption, manufacturing delay, carrier failure or extreme weather). If such an event occurs we will contact you and, where a delay is significant, you may cancel affected orders for a refund.
13. Data protection
We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. By placing an order you acknowledge that policy.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. Material changes affecting active subscriptions will be notified by email with reasonable notice.
15. Complaints, governing law and disputes
If something goes wrong, please contact hello@drinknovr.com first — we aim to respond within 2 business days. These terms and any dispute are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction. You may also use the Citizens Advice consumer service (citizensadvice.org.uk, 0808 223 1133) or your local Trading Standards.
